In order
- “Access Restricted — blocked by our firewall”. That is how the site answered us on 13 September 2026 from a non-standard browser. If you see this page — try a normal browser without extensions, switch your VPN/proxy off or, on the contrary, change it: the firewall reacts to “suspicious” traffic.
- Queue. On the free model replies wait at peak hours; janitor+ sells exactly “unlimited priority messages”.
- Outdated app. The service says: new features need an updated app. Close it completely and open it again.
- The bot “disappeared”. In the app — restricted mode; switch the needed content mode on the site.
- Your own API key. Provider errors (limit, balance, revoked key) look like “Janitor is not working”, but they are not Janitor.
